Abstract

The utility model relates to a cooling structure of a vibrating table short-circuit ring. The cooling structure comprises a magnetic cylinder and/or a short-circuit ring on a center pole, at least one annular groove is arranged on the inner wall of the magnetic cylinder and/or the outer wall of the center pole, the annular grooves are communicated with at least two deep holes which are axially arranged in the magnetic cylinder or the center pole, at least one deep hole is communicated with a cooling water supply device to form a water inlet passage, other deep holes are communicated with the outer side of the magnetic cylinder or center pole to form a draining passage, and the short-ring circuit covered on the annular groove is in hermetically surrounding connection with the inner wall of the magnetic cylinder or the outer wall of the center pole. The cooling structure of a vibrating table short-circuit ring can cool the short-circuit ring effectively, and is fine in sealing property, free of leakage of cooling water, simple in machining process and low in cost.
本实用新型涉及一种振动台短路环冷却结构,包括设置在磁缸和/或中心磁极上的短路环,所述磁缸内壁或中心磁极外壁上开设至少一环形槽,所述环形槽与沿轴向设置在磁缸或中心磁极内的至少两个深孔连通,且至少一深孔还与冷却水供应设备连通构成进水通道,其余深孔与磁缸或中心磁极外部连通构成排水通道,所述短路环覆设在所述环形槽上,并与磁缸内壁或中心磁极外壁密封环绕连接。本实用新型的振动台短路环冷却结构可高效冷却短路环,且其密封性良好,无泄露冷却液之虞,同时,其加工工艺简单,成本低廉。
