Temperature control device for reaction kettle

Abstract

A temperature control device for a reaction kettle comprises temperature sensors and solenoid valves and is characterized in that the solenoid valve (3) is connected in a heat source pipe (2) at the upper end of the reaction kettle (1) in series; the temperature sensor (4) is arranged in the reaction kettle; a cooling water pipe (5) is arranged on the reaction kettle; a blowhole (6) is arranged at the inner side of the pipe; the annular cooling water pipe is connected with a tap water pipe or a backup water pipe (8) through the solenoid valve (7); the lower part of the reaction kettle is provided with a water receiving cylinder (9); one side of the cylinder bottom is provided with the temperature sensor (10); and the middle of the cylinder bottom is connected with a water outlet pipe (12) through the solenoid valve (11). The utility model solves the problems of manual temperature control of the existing reaction kettle and high labor intensity and has the advantages that the automatic temperature control function can be realized through two temperature sensors and three solenoid valves, the labor intensity of operating workers is reduced, the operation is convenient and labor-saving, the production process is simple, and the cost is low.
一种反应釜温控装置,由温度传感器、电磁阀组成,其特征在于:在反应釜(1)上端热源管(2)中串接一电磁阀(3),反应釜内装有温度传感器(4),反应釜上装有冷却水管(5),管的里侧制有喷水孔(6),环形冷却水管通过电磁阀(7),与自来水或备用水管(8)相接,反应釜下部制有接水筒(9),筒底一边装有温度传感器(10),筒底中间通过电磁阀(11)接有出水管(12)。本实用新型解决了目前反应釜控制温度全靠体力,劳动强度大之不足,具有采用两温度传感器及三个电磁阀即能达到自动控温作用,减轻了操作工人劳动强度,方便、省力,生产工艺简单,成本低,操作方便等优点。
