Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种热轧串联式轧机的凸度和/或楔形自动控制系统,其通过在热轧串联式轧机中建立从首台到最后一台精轧机架的工作辊弯曲和辊缝调平的反馈控制,实现了全自动化的带材凸度(楔形)控制,即,在轧制过程中,ASCC模型在检测出带钢楔形后,同目标楔形比较得出偏差,利用系统的综合运算和控制手段进行纠偏,建立阶梯式调整方法,从而使反馈控制的响应最大化,以纠正带钢楔形和凸度,保证产品良好的平直度,防止带钢在各机架内的蛇形运动,消除现有凸度控制手段单一的弊端,综合平衡了凸度和平直度的关系。本实用新型可保证带材长轴方向的凸度精度与楔形,提高平直度,保证产品质量和生产安全,并能有效提高轧钢厂经济效益。
The utility model relates to a convexity and/or wedge automatic control system of a hot rolling series-connection rolling mill. The rolling mill constructs feedback control of working roller bending and rolling seam leveling from a first finishing mill frame to a last finishing mill in the hot rolling series-connection rolling mill, realizes full-automatic strip convexity(wedge) control, in other words, and after detecting a strip steel wedge, an ASCC module compares the strip steel wedge with an object wedge to obtain deviation, performs deviation correction by the aid of comprehensive computing and control means of a system, and constructs a step type adjusting method, thereby maximizing response of feedback control for correcting strip steel wedge and convexity, guaranteeing excellent flatness of a product, preventing snake-shaped movement of the strip steel in various mill frames, overcoming the shortcoming of single convexity control means and comprehensively balancing the relationship of convexity and flatness. The rolling mill can guarantee convexity precision and wedge of strips along a long axial direction, improves flatness, guarantees product quality and production safety and can effectively increases economical benefits of steel mills.
