Abstract

一种平板型平面玻璃镜反射太阳能聚光器,主要通过在平面框架上倾斜放置粘贴或镶嵌在平直型材上的多块条形玻璃镜构成,聚光接受体为平板光伏电池或平板集热器或圆柱形真空管集热器。条形玻璃镜的宽度和倾斜角度随自身所处位置、聚光接受体形状尺寸和位置、是否考虑太阳入射光立体角影响等因素而变,并由所给公式确定,并且条形玻璃镜排放时,第i+1块玻璃镜的最佳起始位置位于第i块玻璃镜外侧反射光线延长线上,避免第i块玻璃镜的遮挡,最大程度减小玻璃镜之间的间隙并保证反射光均匀叠加在接受体上。聚光器用于聚光光伏发电时,焦斑光强分布均匀,可提高发电效率,用于聚光集热时,可提高太阳能利用率。聚光器的加工简单,成本低,风阻小。
The utility model relates to a solar concentrator by the reflection of flat plate-type flat glass mirrors, which mainly comprises a plurality of strip glass mirrors, wherein the strip-shaped glass mirrors which are stuck or embedded on flat sectional materials are obliquely arranged on a planar frame, and a light concentrating acceptor is of a flat photovoltaic battery or a flat heat collector or a cylindrical vacuum tube heat collector. The width and the inclined angle of the strip glass mirror changes with the position of the strip glass mirror, the shape, size and position of the light concentrating acceptor, and whether the impact of the solid angle of the incident light of the sun is considered or not, and the like, and is determined by the given formula, and when the strip glass mirrors are arranged, the optimum starting position of an i + 1 glass mirror is positioned on the extension line of the reflection ray at the outer side of an i glass mirror so as to prevent from blocking the i glass mirror and reduce the clearance between the glass mirrors to the utmost extent and ensure that the reflection ray is uniformly superposed on the acceptor. When the concentrator is used for photovoltaic power generation, the light intensity distribution of the focal spot is uniform, and the power generation efficiency can be improved; and when the concentrator is used for spotlighting heat collection, the solar energy utilization rate can be improved. The concentrator has simple processing, low cost and small wind resistance.
