The high pressure gas inlet of the gas distribution pipe is pumped with high pressure gas in use, sands in the sand collecting hopper enters the suck sand mouth through the pipeline under the action of pressure difference, and are blown into the sand blasting plate with the high pressure gas, is ejected from sand ejection mouths in high speed, and beats on batch seams of sand cores to knock out the batch seams, and the sands fall on the sand collecting hopper on the lower portion of the filter screen to be consciously reused.
