Abstract

The utility model relates to a sludge granulation dryer, which belongs to a device capable of safely and effectively processing wet sludge of a sewage plant to bring convenience to the subsequent resource development and utilization. The sludge granulation dryer consists of a spiral extrusion particle forming machine, a spouted fluidized bed and a dewatered sludge particle material cabin, wherein the spiral extrusion particle forming machine consists of a transmission shaft, a spiral feeder, a sludge extrusion forming pore plate and a rotary cutter blade. The utility model has the method with the following steps that a middle separation plate separates the spouted fluidized bed into two regions: a spouted bed and a fluidized bed which maintain the communicated state at top and bottom, wet sludge particles from the spiral extrusion particle forming machine downwards enter the spouted bed from the bed layer surface of the spouted bed, sludge forming particles after primary drying flow into the bottom part of the fluidized bed from an opening part at the lower part of the spouted bed, the other part of hot gas media enter the fluidized bed from a gas inlet of fluidized wind for carrying out deep drying on sludge particles, and dried sludge particles upwards move to the bed layer surface of the fluidized bed from the bottom part of the fluidized bed, and finally overflow from the fluidized bed to enter the dewatered sludge particle cabin.
一种污泥造粒干燥装置是一种能够安全有效地对污水厂的湿污泥进行处理,便于污泥后续资源化开发利用的装置,该装置包括螺旋挤压颗粒成型机、喷动流化床和干化污泥颗粒料仓组成,螺旋挤压颗粒成型机由传动轴、螺旋给料器、污泥挤压成型孔板和旋转刀片,其方法在于用中间隔板将喷动流化床划隔成上下保持连通的喷动床和流化床两个区域,将从螺旋挤压颗粒成型机出来的湿污泥颗粒从喷动床床层表面向下进入喷动床,初步干燥后的污泥成型颗粒从喷动床下部开口处流入流化床底部,另一部分热气体介质从流化风进气口进入流化床对污泥颗粒进行深度干燥,干燥后的污泥颗粒从流化床底部向上运动到流化床床层表面,最后溢流出流化床,进入干化污泥颗粒仓。
