Abstract

The utility model relates to a recycling device for gas in the blast-furnace charging and uniform-pressure diffusing process, which comprises a blast-furnace discharging tank, a diffusing pipeline connected with the blast-furnace discharging tank, a furnace-top gas sound-eliminating cyclone dust remover and a semi-purified gas pressurizing system. The furnace-top gas sound-eliminating cyclone dust remover and the semi-purified gas pressurizing system are respectively connected with the diffusing pipeline. The recycling device is characterized in that: a cut-off valve is arranged at the top part of the furnace-top gas sound-eliminating cyclone dust remover, and a semi-purified gas outlet arranged at the upper part of the furnace-top gas sound-eliminating cyclone dust remover is connected with a semi-purified gas purifying system. With the advantages of simple equipment and easy operation, the recycling device not only effectively recycles harmful gases in the blast-furnace charging and uniform-pressure diffusing process, but also reduces the discharging of greenhouse gases; therefore, the recycling device has economical and social benefits.
本实用新型涉及一种高炉装料均压放散过程的煤气回收装置。包括高炉下料罐、与此高炉下料罐连接的放散管路、分别与此放散管路连接的炉顶煤气消音旋风除尘器和半净煤气充压系统,其特征在于在所述的炉顶煤气消音旋风除尘器的顶部设有切断阀,在炉顶煤气消音旋风除尘器上部设有半净煤气出气口,此半净煤气出气口与一半净煤气净化系统相连接,本实用新型的优点是:设备简单,易于操作,采用本实用新型不仅有效地回收了高炉装料均压放散过程的有害气体,而且还减少了温室气体的排放,具有重大的经济效益和社会效益。
